The Cove Kettering is committed to following all Tasmanian Government and health guidelines to incorporate Covid-safety into our day to day practices. 

We have always engaged in extensive cleaning practices at The Cove. Below are some of the additional practices we have now implemented to ensure your (and our) peace of mind:

Employees have received training on Covid-19 safety and sanitation protocols. We use cleaning products and protocols which meet recommended guidelines and which are approved for use. Cleaning and sanitation guidelines are followed according to the Safework Australia standard – and in some cases have been increased to ensure high touch points are thoroughly and regularly cleaned and sanitised.

In your suite, and in readiness for your stay with us:

• All appliances are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised ready for your use.
• All high touch points and surfaces, including door handles, light switches and taps are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
• Upon departure all linen is removed from the suite and is replaced by freshly dry-cleaned linen.
• Bathrobes and mini bar have been replaced and refreshed ahead of your arrival.
